First met Mike when he came over to put the television then again when he installed some CCTV cameras, turned up on time, properly equipped, he also gave me some guidance on how to use the products, the job was was finished off to an excellent standard, acceptable pricing and personally wouldn?t consider looking anywhere else other than Wight aerials. And personal thanks to Mike and his colleagues.

Mike has completed two installations for us, both have been fantastic. Customer service is second to none. Everything completed on time and he made sure everything was working correctly before he left. After every installation Mike and his team ensured everything was clean and tidy. Turns out from our initial contact this morning that HE was the one who had come to sort out the cabling and aerial repair for our house (Carters Castle) when we moved here in 2004. Then, we were both going through a very difficult time and the ease with which Mike sorted out all the vagaries of adding the wherewithal for the modern world in a mid Victorian house went a long way to ease our path.... I thought about him over the years (although his work was so spot on we never needed to call him back), but unfortunately lost his contact details and assumed, like many other very decent tradesmen, he'd since left the Island. .... not so! And I'm so pleased about that, and this time I'll keep his business card safe!

well it fell off the wall .. smashed ! and i told them , and they said it wasn't their problem !
then we started to have reception issues so i rang again , and again was told it was weather conditions ... so we waited a week .. and no one from their company came back too us and we still had smashed tv and no reception , even after having the aerial replaced ...
so...
we contacted ecassa for a second opinion .. and 2 engineers turned up the same day to investigate ....
the new aerial that the previous company had fitted wasn't even a proper digital one and was found to be unsuitable for purpose .. and the tv wall mounts whereat suitable either , and wouldn't never support the tv's weight .. explained that i was charged ?300 by the previous company to do this job .. the reply from ecassa engineers was "you have been ripped off "
they took photos for me , to pass to trading standards .
ecassa changed my aerial for a "proper" digital one .. remounted my replacement tv for me with "proper " fixings and only charged me ?200 for the whole job .. so where ?100 cheaper ..
the removed all the stuff the other company did , and stacked it ready for the other company to collect .. 4 weeks on i have had no reception issues whatsoever and the tv is still secure .. so the proof is in the pudding
steve and colin from ecassa wight aerials where outstanding .. and a true reflection of british workmen at their best , i cannot fault them , and mike who heads up the company is nothing short of a star ! amazing customer service ..
my advice .. do your homework before you employ a company .. even if they have been recommended on facebook pages .. as this other company where recommended on the facebook community pagesby people who actually turned out to be their own family members and girlfriends recommending them ! always get reviews from people who actually have used them ..
ecassa and wight aerials get my vote 100%
